At Meher Jewellery, we specialize in custom-made sterling silver jewelry using natural gemstones. Our business operates strictly on a B2B model and requires a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 5 pieces per design.
Shipping Timelines

For all custom-made orders, production and dispatch timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Shipping timelines vary depending on the design complexity and order quantity.

For orders based on existing stock, we commit to shipping within 7 working days of order confirmation.

Express shipping timelines exclude weekends, public holidays (in India or the destination country), customs clearance delays, and any customer-requested delivery modifications.
Tracking & Delivery

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details and courier information.

If you believe the package was marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 4 days of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on the destination country and the weight of the shipment. These charges will be communicated during the quotation process.

All export duties from India will be borne by Meher Jewellery. Any import duties or taxes levied at the destination must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
Modifications & Address Changes
Once the order has been handed over to the logistics partner, changes to the delivery address or special delivery instructions can only be made if accepted by the logistics provider.
Meher Jewellery does not guarantee post-dispatch modifications.
